How do the bow ties fasten?
Each bow tie is pre-tied with an adjustable neckband and metal hook closure. The bow measures approximately 12 × 6 cm. Standard fits neck circumferences of 32–48 cm; Long fits 40–56 cm.
How should I care for my bow tie?
Care depends on the material. See the individual product page. Do not machine wash an assembled bow tie or its metal fastening.
Where do you ship?
Free shipping within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
When does handling begin?
Before 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00 on a business day, that day is the handling start date. After cutoff, weekends and US federal holidays, handling starts the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, original condition and original packaging. Contact us first for authorization. Damage, defects and incorrect items are handled separately, with company-paid return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
When will a refund be issued?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
