30-Day Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, bow ties must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. The ordinary unused and original-packaging conditions do not prevent a claim for an item received damaged, defective or incorrect. We will arrange the appropriate return and refund handling and cover return shipping for our error, damage or defect.
Return Shipping and Fees
Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We pay return shipping for company errors, damaged or defective goods. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
